• Doomsday prepper beliefs normally include a pessimistic worldview that doom is right around the corner, most people or "the masses" will be unhelpful, and precious resources are limited.

• The emergencies in 2020 have shown that criticism about human instinct is generally unjustifiable, while worries about asset and resource accessibility are more authentic.

• Individuals with preparing interests would in general be more ready for the pandemic, researchers suggest.
