• Unfortunately we do not accept cash, check, or bank wires at this time.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods.

International Shipping 

 We currently do not ship outside of U.S.

Domestic Shipping 

Shipment processing time 

Under normal circumstances, orders received prior to 4:00PM eastern standard time are processed the same business day that they are received, orders received after 4:00PM will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, with the exception of holidays. Orders received on federally recognized holidays will be processed the following business day.

All shipments leave Monday through Friday.  If there are any known delays we will notify you by email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 Additionally, UPS 2nd day air and UPS next day air are available. These rates are calculated at the time of checkout.

• Free Shipping only applies to orders shipped to a street address within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Free Shipping is not valid on freight items, *free ship exempt items, returns, prior purchases, or express delivery.
• Some over-sized items require an additional freight charge to be calculated at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 

Off The Grid Collective ships to confirmed addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping to a PO Box requires additional handling by USPS and is subject to an additional charge. We will contact you by email with instructions after your purchase.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Off The Grid Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages 

Off The Grid Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We have a 30-day FREE return and exchange policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and we will provide a free return label. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Electronics must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Electronics must be unused and unopened. Some items such as satellite antennas, WiFi antennas, cell boosters, may be subject to a restocking fee. Please inquire prior to return.

Large items such as grills, firepits, mattresses, oversized chairs, or furniture are excluded from free return shipping. For these large items, we will provide the return label and deduct the shipping from your refund. 

 Returns on some items including Generators, Software, Clearance, and Special/Custom Order items will not be accepted.

Packaging

Make sure you're returning your item(s) with the packaging in original, intact condition. 

• Returned items must be enclosed in their original packaging. This includes all boxes, plastic containers, plastic bags, and equivalent protective packaging.
• If your item came in a shipping box, please return with your item to protect it in transit. 
• Items sold in vacuum-sealed packaging cannot be returned if they are opened. If non-resalable packaging is not intact, the item is no longer in "new condition".
• Original packaging that has been torn open or damaged cannot be accepted. These items are no longer in new condition.
• Original packaging also includes all labels, instruction manuals, stickers, etc.
• Please pack your returns securely enough to prevent damage in transit.
• Include the instructed information in your return.

Shipping

Make sure your return or exchange gets to us promptly and without issue.

• Shipping return labels can be obtained during the Return Merchandise Authorization Process when you contact us. 
• Place the return label provided on the box for return.
• Deliver the package to the shipper to return to us.

Not happy with the fit or ordered the wrong size? No problem. We offer free returns and exchanges on apparel. 

Contact us and we will send a prepaid return label and exchange it for the original item. We will charge for the new item and refund the old item when we receive it. Please keep in mind, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
