Shipment processing time
Under normal circumstances, orders received prior to 4:00PM eastern standard time are processed the same business day that they are received, orders received after 4:00PM will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday, with the exception of holidays. Orders received on federally recognized holidays will be processed the following business day.
All shipments leave Monday through Friday. If there are any known delays we will notify you by email.

Additionally, UPS 2nd day air and UPS next day air are available. These rates are calculated at the time of checkout.
- Free Shipping only applies to orders shipped to a street address within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Free Shipping is not valid on freight items, *free ship exempt items, returns, prior purchases, or express delivery.
- Some over-sized items require an additional freight charge to be calculated at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Off The Grid Collective ships to confirmed addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping to a PO Box requires additional handling by USPS and is subject to an additional charge. We will contact you by email with instructions after your purchase.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Off The Grid Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Off The Grid Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
